Work you'll do
As a Penetration Tester / Solution Senior Consultant, you will:
Work with our GPS clients to mitigate cyber risk and threats
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
Serve as a "Subject Matter Expert", adding interpretive value to data presented or experienced insight into a functional process or issue
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing custom Tenable Nessus audit content designed to validate that client systems are configured in accordance to design specifications

Our GPS - USDC Cyber Risk team is client focused and mission driven. Our team works across industries and sectors to respond more rapidly and effectively, providing recommendations to improve cyber threat detection.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree required3+ years of experience in the following areas:Hands on experience with Red TeamingExperience with testing Web ApplicationsExpertise using tools like Burp, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, and Tenable Suite.3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experienceProven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectivesDemonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audienceProficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research toolsAbility to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role2+ years' experience with Tenable Nessus and other scanning suitesGood understanding of how Nessus interacts with systems and appliances.Experience developing custom audit signatures for a diverse set of systems.Windows and Red Hat experience with the ability to understand how the Nessus scanner interacts with the systems, permissions necessary to access systems and be able to support advanced troubleshootingMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureMust be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this roleTravel up to 15% annually

Looking for individual with OSCP CertificationPrevious Federal Consulting experienceKnowledge of and experience with Federal security regulations, standards, and processes including FISMA, FIPS, NIST, and FedRAMP

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,000 - $148,000.
