　　 What does your day look like as an Operations Manager You will maintain the day-to-day operational focus and lead the operational team on daily basis (24/7 working days - 5 shifts) You will work in the warehouse according to the LEAN philosophy and take charge of operational implementations, evaluations & budgets Training the team You are responsible for a safe working environment Managing customer expectations/statistics and implementing KPIs You will report to the Site Manager/Director

　　 What do you need to be successful You have a Master's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent through experience You have at least 5years of experience in a warehouse environment is a similarposition You have a Lean background or interest in Lean You have experience in problem solving and as a troubeshooter You have experience in working on3PL You have knowledge of / experience with WMS systems Languages: English. Dutch is a pre!
