Position Overview
This Engineering/Support role will help keep the Applications behind Autodesk's Learning Management Systems (LMS) and programs up to date by designing, configuring, and troubleshooting user and system issues, and create/maintain data dashboards/reporting needs. You will report to manager and its a hybrid model of work.

Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to understand LMS requirements
Support LMS administrators, End-users and Partners for Saba/Absorb LMS
Provide support for the Saba/Absorb systems and manage issues submitted
Provide ongoing support on the use of Saba/Absorb systems and tools
Support the tracking and reporting of standard metrics
Experience supporting multiple phases of the course development lifecycle including: needs analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, course deployment and testing
Perform quality assurance checks on training courses that have been developed
Establish relationships across cross-functional groups
Assist LMS administrators with configuration
Experience supporting users and partners on a "Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)" e.g. Degreed.com
Experience supporting LMS Application integrations with multiple Platforms such Salesforce, Workday, Zoom Meeting and Degreed.com
Knowledge in ITIL Process
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with eLearning software and learning technologies
5 to 8 years experience administrating, configuring, and troubleshooting learning management systems such as Saba, Abosrb or other LMS Platform
Ability to manage small project plans
Balance of business process knowledge and technical system knowledge with us
Experience that demonstrates knowledge, understanding, application of administrative support skills, methods, and procedures
And ability to deal diplomatically with professional/business contacts and work with all levels
Effective written and oral communication skills
Effective planning, time management, problem solving and organizational skills
Explain instructions and procedures and to present findings and conclusions
Any graduation degree in Engineering
