Overview
This role is part of the global Chief Security Office (CSO) team based in Cary, North Carolina. You will be responsible for the management and engineering of network security solutions delivered by the CSO Chief Technology Officer (CTO). CTO Network Security Engineering works in partnership with Network Services for the deployment of new and enhanced network security tools and technologies. In this role, you'll responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Bank's network security infrastructure. This includes the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls, the evaluation and selection of security products and services;You will work closely with key stakeholders across networks, operations, architecture, and production support functions.

What You'll Do
Implementation of micro-segmentation use case including design and execution of policy architecture and rollout plans, and testing and implementation of application security policy
Work with, manage and analyze large datasets to design micro-segmentation policy based on network flows and security requirements
Large-scale deployment planning and rollout support for micro-segmentation use cases
Endpoint security agent packaging, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting
Report and escalate issues to vendor support (TAM) when necessary
Ensure critical Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and deliverables are met on a periodic basis for the micro-segmentation program
Skills You'll Need
Experience with Network Micro-segmentation product working knowledge or awareness preferred vendor products like Guardicore, Illumio
Knowledge in Security, Network Architecture, Networks, and Infrastructure Security technologies. Strong knowledge in current security threats and corresponding technologies
Experience in development and the ability to work alongside dedicated development resource to deliver micro-segmentation policy and labeling automations
Exposure working with various level of stakeholders and multi-cultural/global teams
Experience with business tools including Jira, Confluence, Share point, and Microsoft 365
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Guardicore Certified Segmentation Administrator & Engineer (GCSA / GCSE)
Logical, innovative, articulate, with the proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with technical and non-technical teams and professionals
Strong customer focus
A highly proactive, self-starter with strong work ethics, high level of professionalism and exceptional problem-solving skills
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
The salary range for this position in Cary is $95,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
