What you will do:
Monitor, validate and execute change requests in Oracle in an accurate and timely manner, with no or minimal supervisionEnsure compliance with policies and procedures around data attributesEnsure timely inactivation of obsolete data, based on established procedures and controlsSupport the continuous improvement of master data management processes by implementing ideas for optimizationAct as central point of contact to create, change and deactivate vendor master dataWork with Business process owners in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation for all master dataExecute data cleansing, data enrichment and testing cycles for system upgrades and projectsParticipates in the onboarding process of new team members by scheduling trainings, giving feedback, and monitoring their workParticipate in related Master Data projects and act as an SME on behalf of the team
To be successful you need to have:
Proficiency in operating systems, particularly WindowsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in any additional foreign language(s) is advantageousMotivation and commitment with exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
