  Job Summary:

  Our marketing strategist will develop creative, targeting, channels,timing, and reporting for our marketing campaigns.

  This position is hybrid eligible. Employee must live in the LittleRock Metropolitan area to commute to our West Little Rockheadquarters.

  \\Responsibilities\\

  Duties/Responsibilities:

  Plan and implement marketing campaigns by choosing tactics, channelstrategies, and timing through all elements of the marketing mixDrive the timelines, budget, strategy, and cross channel alignmentfor campaignsDevelop and manage the go to market plans that drive consistency inour tone and message across all channelsWork with internal and external creative and media partners todeliver business objectivesDemonstrate great relationship building skills inside and outsideour organization and look for growth opportunitiesIntegrate top insights around customer needs and tie those to offersand brand positioning communicationsCreate communication strategies to effectively reach targetaudiencesDemonstrate Arkansas Federal Credit Unions core values and performany other related job duties as required or assigned\\Qualifications\\

  *Required Skills/Abilities: *

  Solid understanding of the inner workings of marketing campaigns andthe marketing mixGreat communication skills, both oral and written, using both incollaboration with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholdersAbility to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-pacedand deadline-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail, and open tofeedbackProficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  Experience with Asana is preferred but not required.Education and Experience:

  Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field andfive (5) years of professional experience in direct marketing strategyand reporting. Equivalent combinations of education and experience willbe considered.
