Summary
CHS is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Refined Fuels Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Cenex® brand marketing campaigns and promotions that drive refined fuels sales while maintaining a collaborative approach across all energy businesses. You must be meticulous, have excellent communication skills and be a true collaborator all while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
You will:
Be responsible for planning, developing and implementing B2C and B2B Cenex brand marketing initiatives for refined fuels, including campaigns for brand awareness, c-store channel growth, product and sponsorships, across traditional and digital media platforms.
Assist in the creation, implementation and execution of the Refined Fuels marketing and communications programs, sales promotions, campaigns and events through the Cenex retail and distributor footprint.
Plan, craft and deploy communications to support marketing initiatives to multiple audiences, including dealer customers and end-users, across multiple channels, including online and social channels.
Communicate between affiliated marketing and communication groups both within CHS and external parties.
Be responsible for vendor management and tracking/measurement of program participation against KPIs to ensure ROI.
Oversee key refined fuels dealer related programs to support brand compliance, local market advertising and targeted marketing initiatives to increase CHS refined fuels growth.
Collaborate with prospective customers, preferred vendors, CHS energy sales team, enterprise marketing and communications and retail support specialists, to communicate and implement programs to support local market growth.
Respond to questions, concerns, and requests from key audiences including field staff, branded marketers, vendors, and Cenex employees regarding refined fuels marketing programs and promotions.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
High School diploma or GED
4+ years of experience in Communications and/or Marketing
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
5+ years marketing, communications experience to include:
Marketing planning implementation
Project management
Direct mail target marketing
Creating managing a budget
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator Photoshop
