We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented marketing operations manager to scope and implement process optimisation, standardisation and automation across Prime Video EMEA. If you are motivated by creating solutions from scratch, delving into diverse business functions and developing a structured project plan with significant impact, then this could be the place for you! This will be a projects-based role within the central Prime Video EMEA Marketing Operations team focused on process improvement across our marketing workflow, including identifying opportunities for off-shoring and automation. Your goals will be to deliver time-savings, reduce costs and develop mechanisms that facilitate high-speed business decision-making. You will examine metrics to recommend the right KPIs and find ways to consolidate them and make them easily-accessible to your stakeholder teams.
To be successful in this role you will have a mix of strategic vision and hands-on project management skills, as well as be comfortable embracing ambiguity. Your ability to quickly understand the business context and priorities, together with your analytical, creative and problem-solving mind, will lead you to deliver against tangible business metrics. You are able to simplify the complex, establishing robust processes that accelerate decision-making and provide clarity, even when the situation itself is not fully defined. You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and are able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time. You are able to work autonomously, adept at building positive relationships across a wide range of teams, functions and locations, and have demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement. You will push the boundaries by challenging the status quo, driving adoption for new ways of working, optimizing towards our vision, and building long-term programs that have measurable impact.
Key job responsibilities
• Building new approaches and tooling to more effectively manage our workflows from scratch
• Diving deep on existing ways of working to propose more effective, scalable solutions, with a focus on saving time for teams and providing easy access to critical information
• Identifying opportunities to standardise, off-shore or automate tasks to save time and eliminate painpoints
• Designing intake and review mechanisms to appropriately prioritise work
• Developing VP-level senior management reporting on current project status and results

Basic Qualifications
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience in marketing or marketing research
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
Experience working in TV & Film, entertainment and new platforms
