About the Xtrackers Marketing team
The Xtrackers Marketing team is committed to strengthening the perception and reputation of Xtrackers and DWS as one of the world's premier ETF provider and respectively asset manager. The team produces impactful, engaging content, harnessing the full spectrum of channels available in support of the Xtrackers business objectives. Our culture is marked by performance, productivity, collaboration, and the constant pursuit of improvement. Currently the team is based in Germany.
The Xtrackers Marketing team is responsible for developing and leading our marketing strategy and tactics for their respective Xtrackers Product and Sales areas. The team works closely with all other marketing & communications functions to define and constantly update the narrative, messaging, relevant channels and formats for their audience.
Building relationships with the Client Coverage / Sales teams and working closely with the Digital Marketing, Events, Social Media, Content and Product teams, you will be responsible for executing a marketing strategy
and plan aligned to the Americas Xtrackers goals. You will also measure program results and adjust based on outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Execute a marketing strategy and plan aligned to the goals of the Xtrackers ETF businessCollaborate with all Marketing & Communication functions globally, to create industry leading marketing strategies and campaigns that seek to achieve our ambitious distribution targetsExecute innovative campaigns across digital marketing (paid and organic), CRM, media, publisher partnerships, digital events, and sales enablement integrationIntegrate data-driven learnings into actionable campaignsDrive new and enhance existing practice management and value add programs to help differentiate the Firm's capabilities in the US Wholesale / Retail channelClosely collaborate with coverage sales to develop and execute client engagement modelProvide target support for focus distributors (model/platform placements/home office initiatives/research alignment)Make effective and collaborative use of various marketing tools such as email, social, paid content, webcasts and advertising to create a consistent and client experience.Budgeting and reporting
Your Skills & Experience:
3-7+ years of experience within asset management and/or consultingAbility to build/have strong relationships with the Xrackers Sales teamStrong understanding of client needs and ability to translate into messaging and deliverablesStrong analytical and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at the same timeStrong knowledge of relationship marketing including direct and digital marketing practices to drive new and existing advisor relationshipsInsights and perspectives on advisors by firm and by channel including their motivations and buying habits, good understanding of how they operateStrong understanding of wirehouse, independent, RIA and Family Office channelsDemonstrated success in working with multiple sales forcesExperience in building thematic and highly targeted solution-based campaignsBachelor's degreeSalesforce / Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with proven results utilizing tool; highly motivated to continue to learn and adopt quickly
Licenses Required:
SIE, Series 7, and Series 24 or willingness to obtain them in the first 6 months of employment

Expectations
It is DWS's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York/Chicago office in accordance with the firm's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $99,000-$166,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
