As a seasoned marketing pro, you will maintain a relentless handshake with local sales leaders, key stakeholders and regional marketing specialists to deliver best in class marketing coverage for demand generation, pipeline influence and account-based marketing and play a key role with high visibility in our AEM marketing organization.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Asia & Emerging Markets, you will be a senior member of the marketing team, helping to drive the marketing strategy and execution, and will have a significant impact on Thomson Reuters success.
About The Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop and deploy sophisticated integrated demand generation campaigns within India with a key focus on our Shared Service Centre audience.Build enthusiasm and momentum for our marketing initiatives via communicating with and enabling Sales through sales enablement and establishment of target account marketing.Develop and execute plans across a range of marketing mediums including social, marketing automation, events (physical and digital), digital display, and SEM.Be heavily involved in building high-touch TOFU, MOFU and BOFU campaigns for pipeline influence and acceleration.Be accountable for marketing KPIs, ensuring the achievement of annual pipeline targets, and marketing attributed sales target in accordance to the sales cycle for each propositionDevelop strong and effective partnerships with local industry partners, associations and both internal and external stakeholdersWork closely with Strategy, Digital, Operations, Events and Thought Leadership marketing leadership on shaping the strategy, message and content of our outbound marketing efforts.
About You
You're a fit for the role if you:
Have at least 10+ years of relevant experience in senior marketing roles. Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred.Have an ongoing interest and passion for all things marketing; new mediums, vehicles technologies and best practicesHave successfully managed campaign objectives that have achieved pipeline and revenue growth, including budget management.Have a track record of data and results driven marketingAre a leader, and enjoy working in cross-functional teamsPossess a strong understanding on current industry trendsAre very comfortable owning your metrics and KPIsCan work well with both external agencies and in-house expertiseHave strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders and strategic partnersPossess strong communication/ presentation skills and strong analytical skillsCan very effectively multi-task, prioritize workload, work independently, and complete tasks under time pressureActively listen, negotiate, and consult with stakeholdersExperience previously managing Tax, Compliance or Risk portfolios will be highly thought of.
