This role will sit within the P&B team and will be responsible for active contribution to grow the business and profitability of Indonesia P&B Division through Marketing tactics & strategies for categories of responsibility. Key Responsibilities:• Active contribution to grow the business and profitability of Indonesia P&B Division.• New markets space and product opportunities identification• Develop and manage local Marketing function.• Be the Marketing expert for our customers and the first point of contact for Marketing Indonesia.• Ensure alignment and communication with Regional and Global Marketing, Category, Consumer insights and Commercial teams.• Implement local Marketing activities in line with Category, Commercial strategies, and objectives.• Ensure updates and upgrades of local Marketing tools and ensure they are aligned within the regional & global Marketing tools.• Build effective partnerships with other functions (Commercial, Development, Perfumers, Technical, Innovation)• Engage and inspire by championing the sharing of key market, brand & consumer insights, as well as key trends• Foster the diligent usage of knowledge management standard processes and tools (local/regional digital platforms) within the region.• Participate in regional & global Marketing meetings by representing your country.

  You bring:• Bachelor’s Degree/University Degree/Business/Marketing (or equivalent) • At least 10 years’ experience as marketing or innovation manager in Indonesia or international – marketing experience in a Fragrance House or in FMCG in Home or Beauty products is a plus• Bahasa Indonesia fluent & English advanced• Expertise in analysing consumer data, spotting market trends and delivering relevant solutions.• Brand building & product conception experience• Passion & flair for trends and innovation• Knowledge and/or high interest in Fragrance • Excellent presentation skills and story-telling capability• Good written communication skills
