Role/Responsibilities
Moody's Analytics is searching for a talented B2B Social Media Marketer to drive our organic social media efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive customer growth through compelling content and community management.
Key responsibilities include:
Contribute to the growth of awareness and revenue by planning, activating, and managing organic content across our social media channels.Collaborate with fellow Marketers to create, curate, schedule, and post high-quality content that aligns with brand voice, target audiences, and broader campaigns. Experiment with new content formats and ideas to keep the social media presence fresh and engaging. Develop strategies to attract and convert leads through social media channels. Assist in the development and implementation a robust B2B social media strategy across platforms.Foster our online community by engaging audiences across channels to increase awareness and advocacy, and cultivate authentic connections.Monitor and respond to audience interactions to build relationships and enhance brand reputation. Identify collaboration opportunities and engage with industry influencers. Leverage reporting to derive insights and use data to fuel future decisions.Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns. Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations. Stay informed about industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience as a B2B Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated professionalism. Superior time-management skills and ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (experience with Sprinklr considered a plus) Entrepreneurial mindset: seizes opportunities, adapts from setbacks to continuously improve and innovate, highly organized and detail-oriented. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[64,600]] to [[110,000]] , depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody's also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
