This associate of Marketing Campaigns is critical in supporting a foundation of excellence through the creation and delivery of various marketing programs and email campaigns within our marketing automation platform. This role will work on supporting email campaign creation, including the creation of emails, landing pages, automation triggers, and reporting. The associate will work collaboratively with marketing leaders and specialists to define, create, deploy, and report campaign programs and email campaigns, ensuring quality and excellence while also assessing performance in order to continually improve and optimize campaign activity.
Support the day-to-day creation, editing, execution and reporting of marketing campaigns using various program types in Marketo (including Email, Content, Webinars, Events, Conferences, Paid, etc.).Collaborate with marketing colleagues across various operating units to plan for effective marketing campaigns that leverage the capabilities of our digital marketing technology platformsAssist with email campaign strategy and execution; including planning, executing, testing, and optimizing recurring and email campaigns.Contribute to the management of a campaign calendar provide coordinating oversight of email campaigns, monitor email frequency for each target audience, and set expectations for stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams to eliminate noise in email marketing efforts.Generate email marketing KPI reports. Contribute to the analysis and reporting of campaign performance, including evaluating the effectiveness and making observations and suggestions for campaign optimization and improvement.Assist with list management, lead scoring, and and provide support to all email marketing activities for internal and external marketing.Proficient in project management software (Jira is an asset) and related documents in Microsoft Office applications including internal email announcements (Outlook), budget spreadsheets (Excel), legal approval comments/tracking (Word), presentation formatting and content updates (PowerPoint).
Experience Required
Designing, testing and executing end-to-end marketing automation campaigns at enterprise level.Familiarity with email marketing best practices, design standards and reporting, with experience editing HTML.Proven success in driving results-oriented marketing programs and strategies, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Experience in using B2B marketing automation technologies .Project management skills and strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, tactical details with excellence.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Marketo Associate/Expert Certification is an assetMinimum 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation or email marketing technology, ideally at an enterprise-levelHands-on experience with CRM, list management, and Salesforce and integrations with other parts of the martech stackProven ability to collaborate with others and be a strong individual contributorPassionate about operational excellence and process improvement and interested in demonstrating your experience to help execute best-in-class campaignsBring a data-driven approach with an eye on process optimization and change management
