Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L) to support the 777 Wing Assembly Manufacturing Business Units based out of Everett, Washington . This role is intended to lead the Composite Laydown Production Team.

Position Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for Panels, Majors and Laydown production areas.
Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.
Develops and completes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Leads, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.
Development and execution of LEAN principles, waste elimination and adherence to continuous improvement through root cause analysis
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of experience in a management position.
3+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in using Lean principles.
3+ years of experience using the One Boeing Production System (BPS).
Experience in working to lead and develop teams to implement to safety, quality, and cost.
Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.

Summary pay range: $141,300 - $172,700
