As a Visa Consulting & Analytics Senior Manager you will undertake consulting engagements for Visa clients in Poland.

What we expect of you, day to day.
Understand our clients’ business objectives together with Account Management TeamsIdentify opportunities and improvements to grow the business and digital banking of our clientsDevelop and propose appropriate concepts and digital business solutions to clientsLead and deliver projects through either self, other internal or external staff as appropriateManage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes and ensure high standard of deliveryLeverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and digital product teams as well as the with the Visa Innovation team. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications What we're after…
Experience in consulting company (5-7 years of professional experience, min 2 years in consulting)Excellent client relationship management skills (including senior executive level) in the financial services industryExperience in conceptualizing new products and business models in a digital and technology-driven environmentsExcellent spoken and written command of both Polish and EnglishExcellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to comprehend and convey complex business informationExcellent analytical and quantitative skills - highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelA proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environmentWillingness to travel and work onsite with clients if neededExpert knowledge of payment systems would be an advantageExperience in global management consulting firms would be an advantage.
