1) Develop strategy for promotion plan with input from PM and ASM. Implement an annual and seasonal Promotion calendar by area by hospital based on the strategy and brand’s seasonal campaign
2) Present to and negotiate the seasonal special event incl. beauty class to retailer partner together with Sales team
3) Develop and formulate annual/quarter commercial policy plan, and maximize selling opportunity by working closely with ASM and local hospitals
4) Develop GWP planning and production to support hospital business needs
5) Sample/FOC planning and management
6) Work closely with EC/ASD to execute O2O program to drive online consumer to offline for traffic driving and new sales opportunity
7) Post tracking analysis to timely finetune the current plan and feed to future adjustment to fuel channel growth; optimize spending with clear measurements

Visual Merchandising
1) Monitor & execute in-hospital VM and display material to create greater visual impact to local consumer in accordance to brand guidelines
2) Responsible for seasonal windows set-up, SkinMedica thematic house & pop-ups

Internal/external meeting management:
Work closely with HCP team to conduct and support for special activation such as CIIE, HCP meeting to sharpen brand professional proposition and communication strategy

· 5years+ of marketing experience, ideally in MNC cosmetic & beauty related companies
· Proven experience in regional customer development management and business development
· Equipped with excellent strategic thinking ability with big picture orientation as well as attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as Excel/PPT skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high0energy environment and the ability to multi-task
· Bachelor degree at least
· Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral

· Good agency/sales management experience, ability to provide thoughtful & inspiring guidance to internal & external staffs
