　　Job Title: Senior Manager Test Engineering (multiple openings)

　　Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois

　　Job Type: Full Time

　　Duties: Manages the development of the test environment components, test environment delivery and test environment product ownership. Manages test environment enhancements and development from initial concept through continuous improvement. Telecommuting and/or working from home is permissible within a commutable distance.

　　Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering (any), Finance, or in a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in an Engineering Manager-related occupation.

　　Position Required Skills: Position requires 8 years of experience in the following: Cloud Technology, JIRA, Confluence, HP Quality Center, Team Foundation Server (TFS); ServiceNow Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) software development; Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, and Change Management using ITSM incident management, JIRA service management, and Service Desk; Program and Portfolio Management using Microsoft tools; Project management professional framework. Position also requires 2 years of experience in People Management.

　　Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $115,461.00 to $170,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
