This corporate organization supports the commercial execution efforts of all Edwards business units and includes Customer Operations, Commercial Contracting & Analytics, Strategic Account Engagement, Customer Engagement Technologies and the Patient Support Center.
How you will make an impact:
Strategy
Lead the development and execution of the Customer Solutions yearly strategic planning process and AOP development, serving as coordinator with Finance business partnersSupport coordination and information exchange with the Corporate Strategy team in developing new Customer Solutions strategiesLead the design and delivery of key strategic initiatives identified by the CS Leadership Team with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables, including analysis, metrics, reporting, and executive decision supportGenerate on-going market intelligence on large health systems, Integrated Delivery Networks and Group Purchasing Organization segments of the US marketDevelop presentations and tools to facilitate communication of findings and recommendations to internal and external audiencesDevelop key relationships with critical executive leaders and external stakeholders to support team projects, including Sales VPs, Regional VPs, Cross Functional VPs as needed.
Marketing Communications
Oversee the development, positioning, and management of the Customer Solutions brand both internally and externallyCoordinate with Corporate Communications and business unit marketing leads to develop and refine corporate brand messaging and presentations targeting large health system / IDN dyad leadershipBuild key customer relationships and work with hospital administrators for capturing voice-of-customer feedback for potential service offerings originating within Customer SolutionsDevelop framework and metrics to capture the value delivery of Customer Solutions functions to internal stakeholders
What you will need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent & 10 years related experience5 years direct experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, or marketing and salesExpert understanding and interpretation of complicated market dynamics with the ability to identify and quantify market trends, translating to effect on strategy development Proven successful project management leadership skillsAbility to synthesize complex information into a high-level strategic message, and to interpret internal/external business factors into recommendations and solutionsUnderstanding of related aspects of marketing & strategy concepts and principles while looking beyond existing methodologies to define and resolve complex problems Develop PowerPoint presentations & conduct business and technical briefings for senior and top management
What else we look for (Preferred):
Master's Degree or equivalent and 8 years related experience Demonstrated experience working with a range of professionals and a matrixed organization to help navigate through complex situationsExperience working in a regulated industry or healthcare systems
