NVIDIA is looking for a world-class Senior Integration manager to build and lead a new team from scratch of highly motivated engineers who develop sophisticated software tools to optimize development workflow and increase overall efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to have a real impact in a dynamic, technology-focused company impacting data centers across the world. At NVIDIA, we’re building the new DOCA Software Stack for the next generation Data Processing Units (DPU).
What you’ll be doing:
Build a new team of engineers who design and implement infrastructure and workflows for different subsystems and components within the Software organization
Build and enhance advanced CI/CD systems to allow teams to better collaborate with various other projects.
Automate and streamline our software development process to reduce manual tasks, improve quality, and accelerate release cycles.
Ownership on developers’ requirements Software Tools and Hardware equipment, lab healthiness, growth and integrity
Collaborate with teams across the globe to drive process changes that can help improve development workflow.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science or related fields
4+ years managerial experience in DevOps or related fields
12+ overall years work experience in a global software development organization
Strong scripting programming skills, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Extensive CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins)
Ability to take initiative, ownership, dig deep and get things done.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Work experience with our tooling pipeline
Experience with GIT and Linux package manager tools (RPM/DEB)
Familiar with agile development cycles and continuous integration tools and methodologies
Strong, proven knowledge of modern code tools such as Blackduck and Coverity scan tools
