This role will be located in Boise, Idaho working on making time tracking effortless for employees and business owners alike. On the surface, we build time tracking software that our customers’ employees love. Beneath the surface we are a development team building software that millions of employees interact with embracing the latest web technologies, location-based services, and re-inventing how employees track time through the use of AI. We build exceptional products that create a unique user experience every day.

　　What you'll bring

　　3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.

　　Demonstrated experience of leadership with extreme ownership, empowering people, removing barriers for teams, and fostering effective engineering teams.

　　Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

　　Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams, functional groups, and divisions. ● Proven track record of collaboration with engineering teams across multiple regions and time zones, preferably North America and India.

　　Comfortable working on all tiers of modern applications, from the front-end all the way to the database and strong exposure to Enterprise Java platform, Spring Framework, ReactJS. Experience with PHP, AWS, or Kubernetes is a plus.

　　Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies.

　　Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumen.

　　Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders.
