As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Scaled Services, Enablement and Support for Walmart Business, you will support the Sales team to execute and reach their goals and financial targets. You will design and deploy integrated GTM plays to drive demand, identify winning sales behaviors that maximize growth, and develop and deliver sales training. This role is embedded in the Revenue Operations group, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations.
What You'll Do:
Partner with the Sales Directors (Commercial, Nonprofit, Public Sector) and Senior Manager, Marketing Planning and Strategy to design GTM plays that are aligned with sector strategy
Work with Marketing to create supporting materials and sales collateral needed to execute day to day as well as to operationalize GTM plays
Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to understand training needs, develop training assets, and provide regular training sessions
Support the Senior Manager, Yield Operations to drive successful GTM outcomes
Winning Sales Behaviors
Identify winning sales behaviors through a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative capture of best practices (e.g., successful proposals/templates, manager coaching, etc.)
Sales Training and Development
Design, manage, and deliver sales training for all sales roles, from initial onboarding to continuous training, spanning selling skills, products, tools, and processes
Build and maintain a feedback loop with commercial teams to identify key enablement gaps, training program effectiveness, and data-driven adjustments needed to improve content / delivery methods
Maintain a repository of selling and training assets (in conjunction with product and marketing)
GTM Plays
Design and deploy integrated GTM plays, including the commercial mission and mobilizing sales and marketing teams
Create bill of materials for GTM plays, a comprehensive list of what is needed to execute successfully (i.e., resources, tools, materials, and collateral)
Define target accounts that will fit the ideal customer profile associated with the play
Define play cadence, the sequence of activities sales and marketing teams will follow to engage with prospects and customers
Support tracking of plays and ongoing refinements
Sales Collateral
In addition to GTM materials, gather requirements for other sales collateral needed during the ordinary course of selling, fully define, prioritize and sequence these outputs, and work with Marketing to develop them

Minimum qualifications:
Education and experience
BA/BS Degree
5+ years in revenue operations, with demonstrated success in establishing and executing sales enablement functions
8+ years total professional experience
Skills
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tech stack software
Ability to coach a sales team and understand training needs to achieve financial goals and metrics
Ability to use data-driven insights to understand high-performing sales behaviors
Industry knowledge
Familiarity with B2B retail and procurement, ideally in the commercial sector
Understanding of the competitive landscape and key players in B2B retail
Adaptability
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions
Location: Bentonville, AR or Dallas, TX.
