Overview
LOCATION: Chicago, New York, or Texas
Do you have a passion for media and how it influences behavior? Does being part of the consumer data revolution excite you? If becoming a thought leader in a space that is at the forefront of connecting with consumers is your aspiration, you could be the perfect candidate to join the PepsiCo Retail Media Team, a dynamic team that brings together the science of data with media insights and activation.
Within this data-driven team, you will play a key role in driving the future of retail media strategy and enabling a deep performance marketing practice to apply to our investments in retail media.
You will be responsible for partnering with Shopper Marketing and eCommerce to elevate some of our key retail media strategic and operations initiatives. You'll also lead media execution to enable improved omni-channel ROI through innovation of retailers' media & data capabilities, as the marketing funnel blurs and first-party data, which retailers have at scale, becomes critical to driving conversion through addressable consumer connections.
You will also have exposure with senior leadership at priority retailers, so will need to stay closely connected with their evolving needs, as well as be a strong communicator and influencer, proactively communicating across the broad matrix of stakeholders to drive transformation in this very dynamic space.
Since this person will play a role in developing the future of how we can partner with retailers and brands, at a time when privacy restrictions are increasing and retailer and PEP first party data are more vital than ever, an innate curiosity and deep capacity for creative thinking and solution orientation are critical to being successful.
