Your Career
We are looking for a Techno-Functional IT QA Manager with experience in software quality in a high-growth company. You will lead from the front with the primary focus on continuously improving product quality regarding stability, functionality, and performance. You must have hands-on experience managing critical issues, assessing problems, and providing thoughtful solutions while keeping a calm demeanor. Good written, verbal communication skills are necessary as you will work with important stakeholders in Dev, QA, PM, PgM, Devops etc. As the Manager, you will ensure that all opportunity to revenue systems maintain top quality. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and testing efforts for all projects in Opportunity to Revenue. Managing and growing a high-performing QA team is also part of your responsibilities.
Your Impact
Develop and mentor high-performing Engineers, by providing them guidance and support.
Understanding what a high-quality SAAS application is and having a strategy in place to ensure quality releases.
Collecting and analyzing data to have a plan in place for continuous improvement in our product and processes.
To continuously improve the quality of production systems, participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for production issues and update test cases accordingly with cross-functional skills to achieve a common goal.
Experience leading large projects across multiple teams and a track record of solving deep technical problems.
Building strong and robust automation frameworks in both Back End and Front End.Able to give a roadmap for complex projects spanning multiple teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in highly technical roles in test engineering or enterprise services, at large organizations with a minimum of 5 years experience in managing a team or multiple teams.
Experience working with Cloud platforms, SAAS applications, and programming languages such as Python or Java.
Proven experience as an Engineer and QA Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in test management tools and test automation frameworks.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in system testing.
