Who we are looking for:
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of product development from design to release using Agile methodologies. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. As a Senior Manager of Project Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the team delivering the Medidata CTMS suite of applications. You will use your project management experience to lead a team in developing and executing project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Establish operational objectives and work plans, delegate assignments to team members, and review objectives with senior management to determine success metrics.Develop, modify, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for all Medidata Platform projects.Identify required resources for projects, define and assign major project roles, and assign and monitor work of project management staff.Monitor the project from conception to completion, interfacing with external customers and internal stakeholders on technical matters, as needed.Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Regularly interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex situations, influence stakeholders, and build consensus without compromising relationships.

Bachelor's degree.10 years of progressively relevant experience in project management, including experience managing cross-functional software development teams.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience working with project management software tools.Experience with agile development methodologies.
