What you'll be doing
Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to teams across different departments or functions. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, mentor and develop team members, and ensure the achievement of departmental objectives.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals. Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive the successful execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by implementing best practices, process improvements, and performance metrics. Identify areas for optimization, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and executive leadership. Effectively communicate goals, progress, and results, and collaborate to address challenges and achieve shared objectives.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the assigned areas of responsibility. Ensure financial objectives are met, monitor key financial metrics, and implement cost control measures.Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and effectively manage the impact of change on employees and processes.
Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor risk levels and implement appropriate risk management practices to protect the organization's interests.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Ensure effective communication channels are established and maintained within the organization.
What we'll expect from you
Academic Qualification: Post-graduate/MBA in Technology, Business, Project Management, or related fields.Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. Spanish language skills are desirable.Project Management Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools.Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.Data Manipulation/Reporting: Proficiency in creating and manipulating data for reporting purposes.
