As a member of the Product Operations team within Mailchimp, you will enable Mailchimp to deliver outcomes with speed and scale Mailchimp's impact across Intuit and the competitive landscape. We are responsible for the Mailchimp Product Operating System - how the organization operates and delivers outcomes to our employees - including strategic planning, delivery of goals, employee communication and engagement, and programs that drive organizational effectiveness.
We are looking for a strategic, creative problem solver who can influence without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work. Our new team member will establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is a team player.
What you'll bring
3-5 years of relevant experience in delivering significant strategic and operational impact across an organizationExperience in leading large complex projects/programs or organizational change initiativesStrategy and operations experience in a technology company or consulting experience in top management consulting firms or strategic or analytical roles at top companiesExperience leading and facilitating conversation with executives Strong analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to simplify complex strategic problems with a structured approach and develop data-backed solutions Strong business acumen and creativity including the ability to generate innovative insights and ideas to identify new opportunities that help advance the business Outcome-driven mindset with an ability to convert strategic plans into actions, drive projects to completion, and sweat the details to deliver outcomesExcellent communicator with strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. How you will lead
Partner with the executive sponsors and accountable leaders to shape and drive an initiative-level strategy, defining and ensuring the end-to-end experience outcomes and overall initiative input and outcome goals (strategic, customer, financial)Design operating models and rhythms to enable effective decision making and information flow, run and facilitate business reviews and planning meetings to improve the way we work togetherShape and manage PDO's operating system including our strategic planning processes, execution of our goals, and delivery of outcomesIdentify the need for new processes, create clarity around goals and key responsibilities of drivers and stakeholders, and lead the charge to implement and improvePartner with senior leaders to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problemsDrive, in partnership with Finance, our strategy and operations around budgeting, headcount, and resource allocation Conceptualize, plan, and lead strategic programs that drive organizational effectivenessConstruct and develop board and C-level content and presentations
