The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Senior Manager for our growing suite of offsite display advertising products and solutions. In this role, you will partner with cross functional teams to conduct advertiser research and launch beta programs to help develop and shape the product strategy and roadmap, develop go-to-market strategies and plans that include persona definition, product positioning, and messaging, and develop materials for Sales and external stakeholders to drive product adoption and revenue. You will play a pivotal role in driving market success and adoption of your products.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a revenue-motivated leader who can establish product strategies that solve market needs and has a demonstrated track record of launching category-defining solutions. Experience working with DSP platforms, and an understanding of the AdTech ecosystem is preferred.
This position reports into the Product Marketing Director for Display and can be based either in our Hoboken, NJ, San Bruno, CA, Los Angeles, CA office.
You'll make an impact by:
Conducting and analyzing primary and secondary research to develop a deep understanding of market needs by customer segments in coordination with key clients and sales teams.
Working and partnering with product management to align with our customer needs and challenges to transform into product features and benefits and launched effectively with our sales teams.
Partnering with product stakeholders to support the development of MRDs and PRDs to define product priorities and requirements.
Providing thought leadership on market and competitive analysis and trends
Developing and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement GTM strategies and tactics that include positioning, use cases, story narratives and sales enablement materials for new product releases and enhancements focused on product adoption and revenue growth.
Helping to create the product narrative and external materials, such as case studies, pitch decks, blog posts, help center article, best practice guides, and other customer collateral.
Supporting the planning and execution of various new product programs launches at various life cycles including alphas, betas, and general availability stages.
Leading sales enablement efforts, partnering closely with marketing and training teams as part of internal awareness and education.
Being an advocate and voice of the customer.

About you (Preferred Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in product marketing. 3+ years in digital advertising or B2B software.
Preferred expertise and experience in the adtech, and related technology ecosystem including digital media, SaaS and agencies.
Solid understanding of ads ecosystem and DSP platforms
Proven ability to form relationships and partner with cross functional teams for consistent alignment and execution across product management, marketing, and sales teams.

Exceptional communication skills in both writing and presentation.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
