  About The Team

  As the leader of the Self-Serve Sponsored Search (Sponsored Products) Ads team, you'll build industry defining ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart suppliers and sellers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey.

  The experience and skills required for this role aligns closely with 'Group' level titles used at other organization in the industry.

We are looking for a Group Product Manager of Sponsored Search Self-Serve Ads Platform to help reimagine the way we empower Suppliers and Sellers/Marketplaces with best-in-class omni-channel advertising tools at scale. This role will lead the adoption of our advertising products across customer segments.

  You'll Make An Impact By

  Driving product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and other launch effortsWorking with engineering , and Walmart partners to define the data requirements, measurement methodologies.Working with Design team and researchers to define user experience.Conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in the advertising industry to identify new opportunities. Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.Partnering with advertising marketing team and Walmart retail teams such as Marketplace teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and our advertising clientsDeveloping and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectivesBuilding collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

  Required Skills And Experience

  9 to 11 years of experience in product management or related field3+ years of experience managing other product managers3+ years in one of the following: Sponsored Search / Paid Search / Sponsored Products (preferably as a product manager or marketer)Experience with Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, Marketplaces, Keyword bided marketing channels (PPC, CPC, Product Listing Ads)Experience in end-to-end product delivery, self-serve platforms, design, customer experiences, automation, optimizations, and data analyticsSound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritizeMust be able and willing to think and act strategically and tacticallyStrong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally

  Preferred Skills & Experience...

  MBA a huge plus!Business or Engineering background1-2+ years User Experience and User interface experience with Sponsored Search / Sponsored Product self-serve platformsExperience leveling up and building high performance product managers.

  Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.   The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

  Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  - Stock equity incentives
