  What you'll do...

  The Enterprise Client Experience (ECE) team is looking for a customer-obsessed collaborator to join the Global Tech Organization as a Senior Manager, Product Management (Product Owner), working alongside talented Client Engineering teams to deliver industry-leading device experiences that associates trust to power anytime, anywhere work.

  

  About Team:

  Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.

  What you'll do:

  You'll make an impact by:

  Increasing communication, collaboration, transparency, and throughput across the ECE space, managing relationships with internal teams, key partners and stakeholders across the business (including other technology teams and senior leaders), and third-party vendorsExecuting multiple technical business plans and projects globally, displaying your ability to remove obstacles while supporting multiple prioritizes and initiativesCreating deep relationships with business partners and key stakeholders to build trust and drive successful initiatives, while effectively identifying and initiating changes when necessaryEffectively communicating and influencing, while supporting our organization's ways of working and iterative optimization of processesDisplaying an associate-/experience-first mindset and exceptional storytelling abilities to create alignment within the product team, your direct org, with stakeholders, and across all effected areas of the businessLeveraging a high EQ and situational awareness, a naturally conveying complex information in simplified terms to build stakeholder consensus, effectively anticipating questions, and connecting with multiple teams Deeply understanding the technical processes related to the product team's scope, and effectively managing the adoption of new and emerging technologies related to device lifecycle experienceDriving progress of our key strategic initiatives, leading multiple product teams and business segments through end-to-end experiences, programs and projectsSetting, clearly communicating, and tracking meaningful goals, managing your own deliverables as well as the progress of others, motivating the team to achieve the expected results, and holding them accountable for doing so, redirecting their efforts when necessaryIdentifying, tracking, and reporting out on various KPIs to measure the team's success

  Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience
