  The Opportunity

  We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Product Delivery to join our Revenue Operations team! We are advocates for maintaining a customer centric culture through transformational change and continuous process improvement within the team and across the organization. The role will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our relationships working with cross-functional business partners to design and implement new processes and systems as well as address critical business issues or opportunities. You will lead a team of Product Delivery Managers to drive projects and programs to a successful completion, and drive impact and change at Adobe.

  What you'll do

  Handle multiple concurrent projects and programs, varying insize/scope/complexity,spanning across several different teams and originations and proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; working with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.Manage a team of Product Delivery Managers and help them succeed in the delivery of successful projects and enhancements.Define project scope and schedule while focusing on timely delivery of value from Concept Accept through to Release to Production.Utilize Jira, wiki, and other organizational tools to lead project status and working meetings, evaluate risks and issues, and overall solution delivery.Perform project analysis and communicate effectively with different levels in the organization.What you need to succeed

  7+ years of proven experience in finance or accountingProven history of being a self-starter, resourceful, and able to prioritize and operate ina fast-paced ambiguous environment with multiple, changingobjectives.Excellent interpersonal verbal, written and presentation communication skills.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with an ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and projects with minimal direction, and problem-solving skills with a focus on structure and execution.You have a history of finding new insights, accepting new challenges, leading with empathy and "can do" positive attitude.Skilled at people management, with a dedication to excellence and mentorshipAbility to lead strong personalities and drive open items to effective resolution.Ability to adapt and operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment and lead through ambiguity. Ability to work independently and integrate within a team.Proven Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organization's objectives and willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested.

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $97,700 -- $199,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

  At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

  In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
