  Job Description:

  Please note: This position is a key role within a 5-Year Transformational project with funding secured until January 2029, with a strong emphasis on transitioning to a full-time, permanent Associate role beyond December 31, 2028.

  The Process Intelligence Senior Manager of Delivery & Enablement - MGS Digital Core plays a crucial role in overseeing project delivery, governance, deployment, and upfront enablement for process mining, task mining, and process modeling solutions within the Mars Global Services (MGS) 'Digital Core' program. This initiative involves a substantial ERP modernization and comprehensive transformation of enterprise business processes, focusing on back office and corporate functions such as finance, commercial, people and organization (HR), and digital technology. The role extends to potential engagement with Mars business segments that impact global services or shared functions, aligning with the overall Digital Core project delivery.

  As the lead for solution delivery, the role involves governance oversight throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from project initiation to deployment and training. Responsibilities include managing projects involving Celonis process mining, Celonis EMS apps, Soroco task mining, and Signavio engagements, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. The role also demands a deep understanding of process improvement, expertise in leveraging core SAP functionality, and the ability to bridge technical insights with business language. The focus of these Digital Core process intelligence projects will be identifying inefficient process flows, achieving process excellence, conducting Fit-Gap analysis, and implementing short-term, medium-term, and long-term process improvements.

  What are we looking for?

  5+ years progressive experience in process-related roles, focusing on re-engineering, standardization, and excellence within Supply Chain.3+ years implementing digital solutions for operational improvements and process efficiencies.2+ years' experience with process mining and other excellence tools in the Supply Chain domain.Proven success leading innovative activities in areas like Process Mining, Business Analytics, Automation, and Supply Chain.Ideal candidate has a professional services background with extensive capabilities in process and analytics, particularly in Supply Chain and Finance.

  What will be your key responsibilities?

  Lead project delivery oversight for process mining and task mining initiatives within the MGS Digital Core program.Conduct phase-gate reviews, ensuring timely milestones with quality deliverables, including data ingestion, model design, validation, process blueprints, conformance analysis, action flows, and solution documentation.Responsible for upfront enablement of functional teams post-deployment, including tool training and conversion of enhancement needs during the Digital Core program.Establish continuous monitoring and value tracking mechanism on platforms like Celonis, PowerBI for business realization reporting.Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP S4, particularly within finance processes; apply extensive knowledge of process excellence and re-engineering, especially in Supply Chain processes.Utilize technology background to identify opportunities for process improvements, integrate digital solutions like Celonis, SAP Signavio, and Soroco, and communicate the value of solutions to stakeholders.
