Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) as a Senior Manager, Process Governance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining robust testing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency across our testing initiatives
This role will be part of the Pharmacy Client Services (PBM) Quality team, with a particular emphasis on solving problems, process improvement, and increasing automation within the team. You will be collaborating with internal teams for delivering innovative solutions which meet business needs and opportunities by integrating information, business process refinement, and technology in a timely manner. You will also work closely with internal and external partners on other key strategic initiatives, including identifying opportunities to increase internal process efficiency by applying novel technology concepts to existing business processes
Key Responsibilities:
1. TCoE Leadership:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of testing strategies within the Test Center of Excellence.
- Provide strategic direction for test planning, execution, and evaluation processes.
2. Process Design and Optimization:
- Design, document, and optimize end-to-end testing processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing processes seamlessly into the overall software development lifecycle.
3. Governance and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for testing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to established processes and drive corrective actions as needed.
4. Performance Monitoring:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing processes and monitor performance against these metrics.
- Analyze testing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
5. Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives related to testing process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement changes effectively.
6. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Provide guidance on career development and skill enhancement for team members.
7. Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand testing requirements and align processes with project goals.
- Communicate testing process improvements and their impact to relevant stakeholders.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $162,700.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
