• Ensure sufficient supply of good quality of grapes as per MGS/FGS demand
• Monitor and record the disgorging of MGS , as advised by TC.

• Frame Implement and review Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production Schedule of FGS
• Achieve Order Execution & Annual Production Plan via resource optimization
• Monitor Day-wise production output
• Implement productivity Improvement steps via capacity utilization
• Ensure production is cost effective, product is of good quality and on time production
• Lead, direct , evaluate and develop a team of executives & supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as Distillation & Maturation operation etc.
• Entering & Maintaining production data in SAP.
• Adherence to procedures w.r.t. safety, quality, environment & security standards of the company.• Responsible for delivery/disgorging of MMS as per month target.
• Accountable for operation of Maturation hall as per SOP and ensure production as per defined quality parameters of product.
• Maintain stock register like filled volume, disgorged volume , actual losses, total stcok of spirit and SAP entries on time. also maintain excise records as per state excise requirement and submit monthly statement to excise on time ( if applicable).
• Analyse all quality parameter of MGS and In process as per SOP and record in log book, take decision for any discrepancy or escalate to HO or TC.
• Ensure vat maintenance as per wood policy or as per cooperage SOP. Also ensure 100% cask/Vat maintenance before filling /loading.
• Maintain hygiene and safety across Maturation & Distillation hall.
• Maintain GMP and following all protocols of cask loading & disgorging.
• Monitor and maintain record of spirit account register ( unloading Vs Dispatch for HBS production), Excise register Vs SAP.
• Supporting for productivity projects carried out by HO.

Quality
• Monitor the analytical and sensory quality of all RM's procured and produced in house viz., Fresh grape Spirit & Matured grape spirit.
• Report if quality variation found in RM/chemicals/ water during operation
• Report if the quality of product deviated from specification and take corrective action
• Maintain dispatch Register with all parameters
• Upkeeping all required quality documents (QMS), Flowcharts, Work Instructions. Periodic review to be done. Liase with unit QC and TC for any quality related queries.
• Follow all batch releasing protocols as per GRMS and TC guidelines
• Report to TC as and when required for overall quality consistency .

Qualification: • B Sc/ M Sc/ DIFAT
Experience: • 5-10 years of relevant experience in industries like Alco-Bev
Knowledge & skills: • Knowledge of distillation, maturation and Spirit Business
• Thorough Knowledge of Quality, EHS norms, Laws pertaining to Excise
• Functional knowledge of materials management / equipment maintenance / SAP / Excise Records
• Sensory and Discriminatory
• Knowledge on state Excise Act, Regulations and Protocols
