　　The Walmart Marketplace is a curated community of respected, professional sellers who offer only top-quality, authentic products and best-in-class customer service. These teams are top strategic imperatives to growing Walmart's eCommerce business and have big aspirations for the future!

　　To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Senior Manager People, Marketplace to partner with leaders in these fast-paced teams and be part of building a multi-billion-dollar business.

　　 You'll sweep us off our feet if...

　　You build people partner relationships effectively with senior leaders and their direct reports to evolve the business. You have experience with strategy and org design. You have excellent organizational savviness to drive associate and business outcomes while navigating cross-functional stakeholders and leaders. You have experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams and leaders to prioritize headcount and attract top talent. You have firsthand experience with strategy, analytics, product management, marketing, and sales-type organizations, including structures, roles, teams, and scaling with rapid business growth.
