The Hearst E-Commerce team is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Paid Search to lead digital traffic acquisition for our e-commerce efforts across Hearst Magazines, Television and Newspapers.
As the part of the Marketplace Growth team, you will be responsible for building and executing our paid media strategy across channels such as Paid Search, Product Listing Ads, and Paid Social, driving account strategies and execution of day-to-day tactics. You will leverage consumer insights, financial inputs, and marketplace trends to drive efficient revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional partners in merchandising, email, and organic channels, you will play a key role in crafting marketing strategies across our brands e-commerce efforts for acquisition, retention and customer engagement, and testing and learning across new potential new paid traffic drivers.

Our team will be focused on driving traffic from a wide spectrum of customer types - as such, you should be someone excited about exploring the varying engagement and shopping behaviors across regions, industries, and customer segments. With our many partners across multiple Hearst organizations, you should have excellent communication skills and comfort in collaborating and presenting concepts from with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. You will also have strong e-commerce digital acquisition experience, as well as a track record of collaborating effectively with marketing and creative teams to build best-in-class customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities
Lead paid acquisition efforts across search, social, and internal display ads, including day to day execution, tool management, budget management, analysis of data and communication of insights. Optimize paid channels to hit KPIs including but not limited to traffic, conversion, ROAS and new customer acquisition. Support marketplaces launch efforts with paid traffic acquisition campaigns and build out playbook approach for subsequent launches. Monitor industry trends and lead experimentation with new paid acquisition drivers. Oversee and manage reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on key performance metrics and communication of results to leadership. Work closely with our external partners including agencies, Google & Meta Ad teams, bid management software, and product feed solutions. Collaborate with category management and merchandising teams on seller acquisition and latest product catalog and coordinate product pushes to align with their sales goals. Partner with editorial and design teams on campaign development and execution.About You

Bachelor's degree At least five years of online marketing experience for an e-commerce company, with an expertise in paid search (SEM, PLA, and Display Advertising). At least two years of experience managing and optimizing product feeds for PLA, Meta Shopping and Comparison-Shopping Engines. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and Looker. Proven success in driving ROAS experience and familiarity with AdTech and measurement approaches. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
