Join the LEGO Group as the Senior Manager, Membership Activation & Retention - a pivotal role transforming our membership landscape. Drive best-in-class activation and retention strategies across LEGO® branded channels, leading the development of engaging onboarding experiences.
Core Responsibilities
Spearhead the collaborative development of strategies, campaigns, and offerings for the LEGO® membership activation and retention, ensuring a growing active member base.
Cultivate cross-functional membership welcome processes, communication, and offerings for an engaging introduction to ongoing interactions with members.
Create dynamic membership onboarding and orientation processes, communication, and offerings, infusing excitement, delivering value, enhancing data capture, and gaining insights into member preferences.
Formulate lifecycle strategies, designing campaigns, offerings, and trigger programs to sustain an active and profitable member base.
Build retention and reactivation strategies to minimize membership churn and boost CLV.
Partner with the CRM Proposition team to define lifecycle and retention trigger based programs, to reduce churn rates
Develop integration playbooks for membership channels, enhancing visibility and accessibility across LEGO® branded channels to drive activation and member identification.
Specify channel and content requirements for activation and retention campaigns, offerings, and communication strategies.
Set and track membership activation & retention KPI’s reporting and evaluation

Extensive experience in shaping innovative loyalty and membership strategies that consistently deliver value to customers and drive strong commercial results.
Expertise in crafting and implementing compelling activation and retention campaigns within a dynamic omni-channel environment.
Adept at using loyalty management tools and technology to create distinct member phases and implement effective lifetime value strategies.
Skilled in fostering collaboration across diverse teams within a global company, including successful engagement with product and tech teams.
Demonstrates strong structured problem-solving skills and effective communication, delivering clear and insightful recommendations to senior audiences.
Top-tier in navigating the complexities of a global, multi-cultural manufacturing company with a diverse channel mix (D2C and B2B).
Excelling as both a teammate and independent contributor. Known for providing clear direction and demonstrating inherent drive in achieving goals.
