Position SummaryThe Product Implementation Sr. Manager role is an integral part of our team that will be responsible for CMS Bid Submission, implementation, and ongoing operations of special supplemental benefits. This role will maintain a focus on benefit submission, program and project management, requirements gathering, quality assurance, issue research and resolution, and more.
This special supplemental benefits role will:
Be the general implementation and operations subject matter expert of their benefit or program
Understand and communicate CMS regulation changes impact to benefit design and system set up
Ensure all CMS bid submission activities are on time and accurate with respect to CMS requirements, corporate systems requirements, and strategic initiatives
Ensure accuracy of benefit data in bid submission, member materials, sales/marketing materials and internal/external websites
Prepare and maintain proper benefit documentation Stay in lock-step coordination with Strategy Innovation, Implementation PMs, vendors, as well as all operational support teams
Manage member and benefit issue research and resolution
Facilitate standing implementation and operations meetings with key stakeholders
Create and maintain project plans
Create and maintain program/benefit collaboration sites (i.e. MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Set up and manage program/benefit reporting, as needed
Identify and help implement process improvements, as needed
Assist on stretch projects, as needed
Required Qualifications
4+ years project/program management, including implementation, in a highly matrixed environment
2+ years Medicare industry experience, specifically Medicare Advantage product experience
1+ year(s) CMS Bid submission experience, including Plan Benefit Package (PBP) software setup, PBP entry and Health Plan Management System (HPMS) submission, Desk Review and NAMBA.
Highly organized and detail oriented with proof-reading and quality control skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must demonstrate strong project management skills including: multi-tasking among competing priorities, enforcing deadlines, facilitating/coordinating meetings, creating and maintaining documentation, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate analytical skills

The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $149,300.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
