Job Description:
Join an innovative and dynamic team that strives to provide customers with personalized, transparent and simple ways to save interest and manage debt through balance transfer promotions.
Responsibilities include leveraging market research to ideate and implement new marketing strategies across digital and non-digital channels. Continuous opportunities to test and learn allows for ample opportunity to influence go-to-market strategies, deliver a quality customer experience and directly drive financial results.
Responsibilities
Leads interactions and collaboration with stakeholders on product vision and marketing strategy. Analyzes consumer research and competitive landscape to develop new marketing concepts for the balance transfer marketing program that will create distinction and incremental value. Prioritizes opportunities based on highest value.Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the balance transfer marketing program and ensures alignment with senior leadership. Manages marketing performance and results over time.Develops the roadmap and identifies new test & learn strategies for proactive marketing communications to customers. Influences the creation of net-new campaigns as well as the continuous improvement of existing campaigns.Manages execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, paid media, email, site marketing, mobile app, and lettersReviews campaign performance and analytics to understand impact and incorporates results into new and full-scale strategies; validates financial performance and ROI on marketing expensesAnalyzes existing and new digital marketing platform and targeting capabilities to improve financial results as well as gain efficiencies and/or automation across campaignsCoordinates with cross-functional business, analytics and marketing channel teams to launch marketing initiatives. Manages schedules, implementation timelines and prioritization of all balance transfer marketing campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Sciences, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields8+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services, or related field

10+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services, or related fieldIn lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services, or related field

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
