JOB SUMMARY
The Business Technology (BT) Senior Manager, Business Integration is responsible for successfully executing the projects and activities related to mergers and acquisition deployments, company closures, company fold-in, company fold-out, establishing enterprise systems, managing business transfer activities for existing Sysco companies, as well as being point person for integrating new acquisitions into the Sysco technical landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure on-site resources provide adequate staffing coverage and support for business integration events.Facilitate the execution and support of business integration (deployment, foldout, or transfer) activities for all functional areas across the BT department.Review and advise on master deployment plans (MDPs) and associated collateral materials.Build relationships with site leadership, Sysco business partners, and BT (Business Technology) functional leads.Coordinate issue resolution and keep leadership informed of status/situations.Other activities as deemed necessary and directed by BT (Business Technology) Leadership and Initiative.Takes initiative to suggest and implement continuous process improvementsHighly flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment personal resilience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree required in a related field OR 10+ years of experience in relevant field.Master's degree or MBA preferred (For internal associates, equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree)
Experience
Experience in a business process design role (or other similar) with large (for example, $10M - $20M) business change initiatives that include discovery, design, documentation, and optimization of enterprise-level business solutions (people, process, technology)Experience in M&A Due Diligence process, Post Merger Acquisition process and project integration/playbook integrations.Working knowledge or experience of Sysco business processes (such as order to cash, or procure to pay) or equivalent mergers and acquisition processes10+ years of overall IT (or related area) work experience.5+ years leading teams in business functions or related areas.10+ years of experience in project management in both large and small- scale projects is a plus.
