Join BET+ - the subscription video on demand (SVOD) service from BET Networks, targeting African Americans and lovers of Black content. We're looking for a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of highly efficient engagement and retention strategies for BET+. This position will own the entire, post-conversion customer journey to drive growth of high LTV subscribers. We are looking for a highly experienced, data-driven marketer to oversee our CRM function. This position will work out of our office in Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities include: Support development and execution of cohort-inspired in and out of product CRM roadmaps, messaging and content that will drive growth and retention Implement strategy and program for lifecycle optimizing the environment, programs, tactics and performance across the entire subscriber journey Use connected data from multiple touchpoints and channels in order to target and communicate with customers in the most relevant, timely and personalized manner Utilize data, customer insights and campaign performance to create and optimize campaigns Deploy campaigns across all channels (email, push, SMS, etc.) Coordinate with product development team to drive product and channel capability enhancements to improve LTV Demonstrated project management, planning and time management skills What we're looking for:
5+ years of CRM marketing and direct-to-consumer marketing experience Experience with channel testing methodology and lifecycle marketing programs, highlighting patterns and making recommendations to drive revenue via channel marketing
• Exceptional team building, management and people development history
• Proven track record that is highly analytic and problem solving
• Experience working with various Email Service Providers or other automation tools (i.e Braze)
• Technical knowledge including SQL experience a plus
• Must work well cross-functionally with Marketing and Brand Managers

Hiring Salary Range: $105,000.00 - 130,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
