What you'll do...
As one of the fastest growing divisions of the world's largest omni-channel retailer, Walmart Connect is focused on improving and expanding the world of Ad Tech. Our Training and Education team is looking for a talented program and operations professional to manage our team's training activities, processes and overall operations.
In this role, you will work with our cross functional partners and u tilize business and process knowledge to track and follow up on important projects for the Sales Training & Enablement team. You manage a small team to develop, maintain, and work within an internal network to share and escalate information to get projects done on time. Drafting and sending communications to cross function partners daily, on behalf of your team members. Support leadership and our team by servicing as the main contact for our external facing project approval process.
Also, you will be the thought leader our team to identifying the content needs of Walmart Connect, our partners, suppliers and sellers. Work closely with team members to establish content policies and updating processes. Attend cross function team meetings to discuss needs for their specific areas in the internal intranet. You should understanding the trends affecting content management and analyzing data to evaluate key business components. You will Identify gaps, opportunities, and needed improvements in key functions of the content platform, then helping to update to drive revenue for our teams.

Responsibilities:
Review project content, help to edit documentation, and prioritize incoming messages. Help in managing and scheduling projects from the inception, through the approval process, and into completion. Coordinating within established timeframes; established dates, timelines, and agendas. Help to identify any future technology needs. You will be the senior manager between our team and our external approval process teams. Leads and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet training and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Responsible for all aspects of the team's calendar management . Anticipate and identify time requirements; monitoring and maintaining schedules and meetings with the use of Zoom. Facilitate and utilize business knowledge to prioritize new requests and identify key players in the process. Creating and maintaining reports, reporting tools, and templates, while maintaining security and confidentiality of any sensitive information. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply to development and improvement of existing tools and applications. Share best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet our team and our cross functional teams needs. You will adapt to organizational changes and new responsibilities. Qualifications:
As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR 5 years' experience in the field, administration, operations, or related area. Microsoft Office Suite Experience Proven ability to master and learn processes and platforms quickly Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Self-starter who has a passion for processes and technical tools. Collaborative work ethic as partnership with stakeholders at all levels is key. Ability to move fast, in an often ambiguous and fluid environment

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
