With the guidance of the Sr. Director, Head of the Leadership Academy, you will:
Support the Leadership Academy team in the management of the product development life cycle for leadership development learning products that ensure the organization has the capabilities to compete in the future by: Using human-centered design methodology to discover, synthesize and clearly articulate Visa leaders’ development needs.Translating needs into leadership development solutions in a mix of modalities – inclusive of and not limited to live and asynchronous virtual learning, in-person, social learning and more.You will need to be adept both at designing programs yourself as well as providing strategic direction for work done by select external providers and Visa University designers.Using your design expertise and breadth of knowledge of external leadership development resources to design, curate and/or buy-and customize-for-Visa the most impactful solutions.You will play a key role in scaling inclusive leadership development to maximize opportunities for all Visa leaders to benefit from impactful learning solutions.You will be mindful of using modalities that work most effectively for engaging audiences at different levels of seniority, with an eye to balancing innovative thinking and learning pedagogies with organizational constraints.Ensuring programs/initiatives are designed to include and promote and drive learning across the Three E’s: Experience, Exposure and Education – creating an environment that encourages continuous development and innovation. Driving a Leader-led learning culture is also a key mandate for delivery plans.Ensuring programs/initiatives promote diversity, equity and inclusion. This role involves developing leadership skills in employees and promoting a culture of inclusivity.Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion learning that is embedded in the leadership initiatives.Develop and grow key relationships: You will skillfully cultivate and grow key internal and external-to-Visa relationships.You will form and engage in productive partnerships with critical internal stakeholders – business leaders, regional heads of learning, People Business Partners, Talent Partners and colleagues from the Inclusion, Impact & Sustainability group – to evangelize the work you do, secure sponsorship and scale it effectively across the organization.You will also leverage and continue to grow your well-established network of external content providers/experts to ensure Visa’s leadership development offerings utilize best-in-class thought leadership.You will be versatile in the work you do in the context of these internal and external relationships: from ensuring buy-in with a senior internal stakeholder, to negotiating a contract with an outside provider and everything in-between. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications:
