We are seeking for a Senior Labor Relations Manager to be based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) who is responsible for the overall labor relations strategy for the Asia Pacific region, including, but not limited to: China, Southeast Asia and India. The position needs to manage a staff of labor relations professionals as well as overseeing the day-to-day LR needs for multiple businesses and facilities in the regions. In addition, he/ she must be able to establish / maintain / repair relationships with external third parties (e.g. employee representatives, government entities, industry associations) as well as internal stakeholders (e.g. Human Resource business partners, finance, business leaders, and communities of excellence).

Preferred candidate will be technically capable, intellectually curious, a team player, and self-starter able to work remotely from headquarters and manage a distributed team. A mindset of lean and process improvement and an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization is required. Organizational savvy and the ability to collaborate with others while still achieving results in a timely manner is essential
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, post-graduate degree preferred10 years' experience in HR with progressively more responsible rolesDeep technical Labor Relations experience in the Asia Pacific regionExperience in a large multinational, highly-matrixed environmentPreferred languages: English, Mandarin, with Hindi or Korean appreciated.
