BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Manager on the this team, you'll be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to build and implement corporate IT initiatives that support the strategy and goals of Spectrum. You will be immersed in implementing IT standards, policies and, master plans for the IT function. As well as managing the design and implementation of technologies and tools to improve Spectrums internal operations and data delivery. Lastly, you'll implement new technological directions and manage their deployment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7 years IT work experience 5 years leadership experience 2 years project management experienceEducation: BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience.Technical skills:Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures and techniques.Knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area.Understanding of software development lifecycle.Understanding of Agile principles. Skills:Experience leading others and providing constructive feedback.Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.Urgency in resolving issues quickly and efficiently.Abilities:Ability to read, write and speak the English language.Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.Ability to multi-task and handle on a proactive basis, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment in order to maximize time-management and efficiencies.Ability to recruit, motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.Ability to successfully distill complex technical information into clear, concise yet comprehensive communication material.Ability to meet rigorous deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently.Travel Ability:Office EnvironmentSome travel requiredSchedule:Full timeThis position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge in end to end infrastructure operations such as Networking systems, compute operations including virtualization, storage systems, backup systems and database systems.Knowledge in project management and resources capacity planning,Knowledge in change management, problem and incident managementKnowledge in executing automation projects, development project management experience.Knowledge of Backup and recovery of the systems and applications.Strong PowerPoint and project tracking tools experience.
