Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Instore Monetization with a minimum of 10 years in and around place-based media. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of innovative instore monetization strategies.
Your primary focus will be on building, developing, and scaling processes that seamlessly support our cross functional teams, ensuring efficient and effective monetization of instore spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail & place-based media (instore signage & audio), with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing monetization initiatives. Your expertise should extend to programmatic advertising, allowing you to navigate and capitalize on this dynamic landscape. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall monetization strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue streams and enhance the overall customer experience.
As a senior leader, you’ll be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the instore monetization team. Areas of focus:
Building sales narrative for internal and external partners while working with 3P vendors
Defining processes for expansion and execution to ensure campaigns are sold and delivered on
Identifying current opportunities and defining the future state of advertising solutions
Understanding of programmatic space and how to leverage format for the future
Deep understanding of CMS systems to help plan, curate, and execute campaigns

Required Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience with strong foundations in business, retailer, and consumer understanding.
3+ years cross-functional leadership experience.
3+ years of retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience.
2+ years of omnichannel marketing experience including examples of testing and validating emerging opportunities
3+ years of brand or category management experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment
Develop sales narrative & processes for internal/external partners while working with 3P vendors
Identifying current opportunities and defining the future state of advertising solutions
Understanding of programmatic space (DOOH/AOOH) and how to leverage format for the future
Deep understanding of CMS systems to help plan, curate, and execute campaigns
Understanding of the supplier and vendor relationship for a Retail Media Network
Ability to define KPIs, interpret data and insights, and turn these into actionable recommendations
Understanding of the omnichannel media landscape with a focus on shopper marketing, placed based media, or retail media networks
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Ideally, an MBA.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$86,700.00 - $190,700.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
