Logistics Insurance and Claims is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the Last Mile incident reporting and management process. At Logistics Insurance and Claims, our mission is simple: create and optimize business critical insurance programs for Amazon’s Last and Middle Mile logistics networks globally. We do this by creating insurance programs that protect and support the ecosystem of entrepreneurs and business owners who partner with Amazon to improve delivery flexibility, speed and reliability for our customers.
The Senior Product Manager will own and deliver product feature innovations across our Global last miles programs to develop a vision, build a roadmap and partner with key partner teams to deliver a world-class incident reporting and management product for internal and external business partners and customers. You will act as a subject matter expert, simplifying and streamlining the complex incident reporting and management process and will align diverse stakeholders to your vision and roadmap. You will develop and execute on metrics and mechanisms to show progress, track and show real-time performance of the incident management product, and identify areas to invest to drive needle-moving changes to our incident reporting and management products. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done. You will have regular senior leadership visibility and should be able to communicate your vision and roadmap crisply to drive alignment with leadership and partner teams.

Develop and drive the strategy for last mile incident reporting and management
Own the First Notice of Loss (FNOL process) and the Monitoring and Enforcement Plan (MEP)

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
6+ years of team management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $142,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
