Partner Manager

As a Partner Manager, Health & Wellness you will serve as a consultative sales account executive to Walmart's mid-market suppliers within the Health & Wellness categories. You will also have the unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners like Merchant leaders and Marketing Support to bring to life full-funnel digital performance advertising solutions for brands across categories you will own. Your data-driven and consultative approach to sales and growing business relationships will be the key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers.

You have 5+ years' digital sales and retail media/shopper marketing experience
You have a proven track record of leveraging data to create performance insights, compelling presentations, and identify sales opportunities
You can handle, grow, and prioritize multiple accounts
You take a team-first mindset and like to win together!
Additional Qualifications:
5 -7 years experience in digital sales, Search/Sponsored Products, Display, DR, Performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background
Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through
Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sell
Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner
Strong ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions
Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred
