  As a Senior Manager on the PLUS (Paid Leave United Support) team at Walmart Connect, you're in the right place at the right time to ride the retail media trend at the largest retailer in the world! It's your opportunity to bring to life full-funnel performant advertising solutions for brands across categories you will manage. You will be a consultative sales partner to your clients, Merchandising partners, and Marketing support to grow your client's business and drive revenue at Walmart.

  You'll work onsite at one of our main locations (Hoboken, NJ, Chicago, IL, San Bruno, CA, Los Angeles, CA and Bentonville, AR) in a vibrant and collaborative Walmart Connect media agency environment, joining the team in-office at least three times per week and as-requested.

  You will rotate sales pods roughly every 3-6 months to cover for others who are on a leave of absence. You will focus will be helping advertisers leverage our paid search and programmatic advertising solutions, within a category and book of business you'll own. You'll then work with Walmart Connect partners, and proprietary Walmart Customer data, to deliver measurable impact for their business growth goals.

  What you'll do:

  Become an expert in the marketplace competitive landscape, trends, and business models through deep partnership with senior Partner Managers and cross-functional teams.

  Use your experience building relationships by advising clients and creating strategic retail media plans.

  Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team goals.

  Manage a variety of advertiser accounts.

  Report to the head of the PLUS sales team.

  Travel to client meetings and collaborate with colleagues onsite in one of our Walmart Connect office locations.

  What you'll bring:

  Natural curiosity and dedication to getting answers to questions, especially through data interpretation

  Passion for digital advertising, building fruitful partnerships, and becoming an expert in the wide world of Walmart Merchandising

  An ability to quickly build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external

  8+ years of experience in digital sales with some combination of experience in Search/Sponsored Products, Display, DR, Performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background

  A proven track record of leveraging data to create performance insights, compelling presentations, create programs for brands to connect with consumers and identify sales opportunities

  An ability to prioritize effectively across a broad spectrum of initiatives

  A team-first mindset, with a desire to bring your cross-functional colleagues along for the ride

  Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or related area

  Management experience

  Experience working with Fortune 500 advertisers, agencies, and clients

  Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

  The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$214,500.00

  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

  Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  Stock equity incentives

  Minimum Qualifications...

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Consumer Psychology, or related field and 5 years' experience advertising sales, advertising, sales, or related field OR 8 years' experience advertising sales, advertising, sales, or related field.
