Position Summary: The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner is a people leader that performs needs analysis to identify gaps in areas of compensation, talent, recruiting and change management and partners with Senior HR Leaders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions. They possess a solid understanding of all HR functions and works with business managers, directors and/or HR Leaders in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

What you will do
You will lead, manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners in support of the strategy execution for the assigned business unit. This position is responsible for leading the HR team that will be providing HR partnership to managers focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes through the execution of the business unit HR strategy.
Human Resources Expertise: Serves as subject-matter expert to business unit managers and directors and team of HR and Sr HR Business Partners. Implements change based on proven change management techniques.
Relationship Management: Facilitates difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes; resolves escalated conflicts among stakeholders.
Business Acumen: Leads a team of HR Business Partners who execute HR business strategies to drive key business results; provides guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions.
Consultation: Coaches managers and directors on HR and business-related issues. Ensures solutions are aligned with business unit HR strategy and advocates for solution implementation.
Leadership: Provide overall management and leadership to team of HR and Sr Business Partners. Implements and delivers solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate
What you need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required10+ years of work experience requiredPrevious HR or role-related experience required5+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations or role-related exp preferred4+ years of people leadership experience preferredExperience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups preferred
