The Financial Services HR Business Partner team seeks a strategic HR partner to senior leaders who enable game-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates, specifically focused on supporting clients within critical organizations of Auto Originations M&A and Financial Services Data Science. This individual must be comfortable working in a matrix environment to lead initiatives and broaden experience, while being agile in deepening business knowledge in vertical functions.
This role will lead talent strategy and associate experience for our developmental programs. It will involve strong project management and problem-solving skills with Financial Services leaders, as well as enterprise campus recruiting and program teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within Auto Originations M&A and Financial Services Data Science and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs and broader Financial Services organizationSupport the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work)Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or military experienceAt least 6 years of client facing experience OR at least 6 years of consulting experience OR a combination of bothAt least 4 years of experience in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Masters degreeProfessional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification8+ years of client facing experience or 8+ years of consulting experience or a combination5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
